Men of Courage 2026

A men’s health behaviour-change campaign

Don’t drop the ball.

Men are often the ones making sure everything and everyone else is taken care of. Their own health should be part of that responsibility too.

Speak up. Get checked. Act earlier.

Why Men of Courage?

Strength includes looking after yourself.

Men rarely drop the ball when it comes to their families, their work or the things that matter to them.

But when it comes to their own health, “later” can become a habit. Men of Courage challenges that habit by making speaking up, getting checked and acting earlier part of what strength looks like.

2026 targetReach at least 400 men through free community and workplace screenings.

The Ball

What are our sons learning when we call silence strength?

Campaign film · Men of Courage 2026

01

Speak up.

If something changes, persists or worries you, say something. Silence does not make a health concern disappear.

02

Get checked.

Know your personal and family risk, and ask a healthcare professional which checks are appropriate for you.

03

Act earlier.

Early action creates more options. You do not need to wait until something is wrong to start paying attention.

What showing up started

Men of Courage.
Since 2025.

The programme began with a pilot at NOC Eros in 2025. In 2026, the Khomasdal activation brought the opportunity to the community.

  • Ask which screening or health checks are appropriate for you.
  • Pay attention to changes that persist or concern you.
  • Follow through when a healthcare professional recommends further assessment.
